I ordered 6 Teras hookahs for my mobile catering business. 5 of them were fine, but 1 had a very obvious chip in the glass base, the threads were wonky on the down stem (which didn’t allow me to screw in the diffuser completely), and there was a scuff in the stainless steel on the up stem. I reached out to Zahrah on multiple occasions and asked for a replacement, but no one has responded back in over 2 weeks. I’m a pretty reasonable person, and I realize things happen and people are busy, but I think 2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time for a response. I was planning on purchasing several more hookahs from Zahrah, but now will be taking my business elsewhere. The hookahs perform okay, but keep your expectations VERY low if you end up needing support.
